carpet smittys::When i called to talk to smitty i had to leave a message for him to return my call.
He never returned my call and when i called back i was put on hold and said they would find him.
He never came to the phone and the receptionist told me that smitty said if the carpet did not come clean it must not be any good.
Since i have rental properties i use carpet cleaning often.
I would rather pay more money for something and have them stand behind it than be a coward and not answer the phone.
